Roles and Permissions

Advancement Form defines a number of roles that grant various permissions throughout the system.

To assign roles for a user, navigate to the Users page and edit an individual user. Select the roles you wish them to have and click update.

ROLES
Administrator
Full access to all areas. Only role with access to add new users, modify the designations available to campaign forms and access all account level information such as the payment gateway keys.

Designer
Allows access to create and modify all styles (even those not created by them).

Campaign Creator
Allows access to create and modify all campaigns (even those not created by them). Can create and modify all designation lists. Before campaigns can be used, they must be approved by someone with the Campaign Authorizer role.

Campaign Reporter
Allows access to see all campaign statistics and run all campaign reports.

Campaign Authorizer
Allows access to edit campaigns to approve them to go live.

Event Creator
Allows access to create and modify all events (even those not created by them). Before events can be used, they must be approved by someone with the Event Authorizer role.

Event Reporter
Allows access to see all event statistics and run all event reports.

Event Authorizer
Allows access to edit events to approve them to go live.

Event Registrar
Allows access to see and edit all registration information for all events.
