Hi, I hope everyone's summer is going well. We've been working hard on our technical optimization that I mentioned at the start of the summer and now we're getting back into a lot of feature development. This week I'm going to talk about a few changes that have been made to event reports.
It used to be when you ran an event report, the first question it would ask is what event are you running this for. Once you chose that it then asked other questions to actually run the report.
We've made an update so that this is no longer necessary. All the report parameters happen on the same screen. If I choose the Event Registration Report, I can immediately start running it for all events. I can also run it for a specific event. Because of this we no longer need the Cross Event Registration Report. Everything can be run with the standard Event Registration Report.
This change has also been added to other reports like the Attendee Report. You no longer have to set your event beforehand. However, it still requires an event to run the report. If I run the report without choosing the event it lets me know I still have to select it. Now in the future, we'll redesign this report to run across events. But, as of right now, it still requires setting an event before you can run it. So if I set the event and run it, the attendees are shown.
That is an event report enhancement this week. Please reach out to support if you have any questions. Thanks!
